I've been working on a special project related to birds that are threatened or endangered due to climate change for the past 3 1/2 years. In MN 166 of the 300 or so birds in MN are affected by climate change. My project started by me capturing about 75 of them and doing presentations.

My project had officially ended in mid 2016 with me capturing over 115 and doing over 20 presentations to over 1000 people. Pretty sweet but I could stop there.

My personal project is to get all 166 of those birds and I will continue to due presentations.

The last 34 are going to be tough but I love the challenge. Recently I went to Sax-Zim bog to try for the 10th time, in a little over three years to get the Connecticut warbler. On July 22, 2018 I finally got it!
